JADD

JADD is a purpose built drug treatment centre. It offers morning drop-in 5 days a week and a programme for the children of service users. It is primarily opiate focused and operates on the medical model, providing needle exchange, a scripting service with in-house doctors and methadone dispensing. Service users are allocated a key worker and have access to counselling, holistic therapies, community detox and after-care support. Service users requiring a high level of support (eg. pregnant women, suicide ideation) have daily access to a key worker.
