Tower Programme

The Tower Programme was set up under the aegis of the Probation Service. A Management Committee comprising of representatives from the Community, Statutory, Voluntary and Business sectors oversees the day to day operations of the programme. The Programme targets offenders and ex-Prisoners aged between 16-28 from the Clondalkin area and offers a variety of programmes to them and their families.
